I think a lot of it is just due to other companies getting the hype. IA used to be hyped as much as Sundown is now...it moved on to the next company, soon enough it will move to the next. Just seems like that's how its always been with the online community. Not saying the hyped brands don't deserve the hype or that other companies need more hype, but it seems more and more that brands become fads until they eventually fade.
