These additional duties apply to products of China and Hong Kong classified in all tariff lines of HTS chapters 01‐97, other than products classified under headings 9903.01.21, 9903.01.22, and 9903.01.23, and other than products for personal use included in accompanied baggage of persons arriving in the United States. </p><p>U.S. Customs and Border Protection can be consulted for procedural matters or other questions at <a href="mailto:traderemedy@cbp.dhs.gov">traderemedy@cbp.dhs.gov</a>. For products of China and Hong Kong entered on or after February 5, 2025, and prior to March 4, 2025, heading 9903.01.20 provided for an additional 10 percent ad valorem tariff (i.e., the additional duties of heading 9903.01.20 do not apply to products entered on or after March 4, 2025).</p></blockquote><p></p>
