We are human and as such prone to making mistakes. But when the first response from someone asking this seller about the claims of 200dB+ became public knowledge here on our fair forum said seller more than obviously opened himself up for exactly the abuse he received. Honest mistakes are one thing and are easily forgiven/overlooked.
