And it has gotten worse here in Fla since I was arrested, at least back then the judge had some say in your case. Now if you get caught with an ounce its a mandatory minimum of a year and the judge has no say in it. There should at least be a time limit, if a charge wasnt violent or job related they should not hold it against you forever.</p></blockquote><p></p>
