Hey all, I'm about to pull the trigger on a couple of 10's and wanted an opinion. I know ID is out of business but ID10's are still around. The Type-R's can be had for about $100 a piece and the ID's for about $125 each. The Alpines can handle more power by 200 watts. I've owned R's before and had no qualms with the SQ or the SPL. I thought they were great subs. I'm a little leery to buy the ID's because I'm worried they won't be as loud as I'd like. I've also never listened to them. Do the ID's sound nice? Are the ID's and Type-R's in the same class? It seems like the R's are a step up, more comparable to the IDQ's.. Thanks!
