I put my HD315's up for sale/trade but got a lot of "why"... So i thought i would start a topic... I have an MM4000.1D and a pair of HD3 15"s (2ohm DVC) this is the box that was designed fo rme by an ROE member... Rear facing subs/port, This is the biggest i could get to fit in my car which it does HOWEVER it blocks pretty much any sound from getting into the cabin. I turned it to front/front but it still didn;t sound anythign like i would expect for the subs/amp. My "plan" is to just get a single 18"+ that can handle 4000W rms @ 2ohm from the MM4000.1D but i am not sure. I am being told the box is still TOO small (10.88ft^3) for the subs and i should just run one of them. However if i am going to run a single sub i want to run an 18" or bigger so... Only thing i could think of is build the same box with the subs facing back and the port forward, firing into the cabin (middle of seat back opens into the trunk) What would you suggest i do? Or rather what would YOU do?
