Hello So I've got an at1200 pushing 2 dayton ho 10s. Trying to get 1200 watts rms out of the amp, but I'm running into some pretty serious clipping problems at anything above 500 wattsish. For electrical supply I have 300 amp ea alt. Cadence 1/0 cca, stock batt up front, optima yellowtop in rear. So on the hardest hitting bass at full 1200 watts (dmm 34.6v). My voltage does dip to resting batt voltage 12.6 or so, but never goes lower than 12.5. With that in mind, at the point the amp starts clipping iusing indicator on remote knob 500 or so watts, I have 14.5 volts straight, doesn't even dip, but I'm clipping. I guess my electrical needs some boosting? where do I start though, cca change to ofc? Big back batt and move yellowtop up front? I'm leary to do any of these things as I seem to clip on half amp power with full voltage, perplexing me to say the least.
