Technically this setup is almost twice as powerful as the previous one. I dont know anything about car installation, so this is where my problem comes from. This new setup is louder, but not as loud as i expected. I had the system installed by a car audio shop, and i told them to wire it at 1 ohm since the amp is 1 ohm stable. That would give the L7's 750 watts RMS each which is their max output. Can it be that the shop didnt wire the system at 1 ohm? Can it also be because i still have 4 gauge wiring? Can someone please give me some suggestions on some possible problems of why the system is not as loud as it should be? Also, can anyone post any pictures of what a 1 ohm setup is supposed to look like (wiring from subs to amp). I am new here, so i really hope someone can help. Thank you all.

[QUOTE="elpelotero22, post: 3597731, member: 583177"] I am new to this forum and i need some help. I upgraded the system in my 2000 jetta, and it is not performing how i expected it to. I had 2 2ohm 12'' kicker cvrs, 4 pioneer 6 1/2's, a pioneer head unit, and a 2 channel old school soundstream rubicon 700.
