[QUOTE="FLYASAPELICAN, post: 657312, member: 553768"] I bought a alpine head uni over the weekend and I've almost completely installed it myself, except for this big *** problem! This aint the first time I've done a self install, but in the manual it said to run the red ignition wire to the fuse box and connect to an open terminal for the ignition. Would this be like a "hot spot"? On my particular fuse box, I have 3 ignition terminals and I've tried all 3. I even tried the 2 terminals that say Battery. The **** thing resets everytime I turn my car off and I know it has something to do with this. When I wired to the Igniton terminals and turn my key to the "acc" position, I get no power, no nothing. It does come on when I wire to the Battery terminal and put it in the "acc" position though. I'm just not understanding whats going on.....I even called alpine. PLEASE SOMEBODY......HELP!!!!!!!!
