I recently added a hard drive to my setup, and it seems to have uncovered some larger power issues i am having. Long story short, i realized last night that even with its own power adapter, my hard drive doesn't spin up when i have headlights/AC turned on. with these on, i get voltage drops to 11.5 up front, 12.5 at the cap. During the day i am usually fine, getting nothing below 13.3 when pushing my substage hard (if ac is off). I get no dimming whatsoever, which confuses me somewhat... So the question is, how can i fix this? Big 3? power directly from cap or battery for the hdd power adapter? vehicle is in my sig, i believe its a 65a alternator. thanks
