I have a huge problem with "remembering" 9/11

Plenty of wonderful people die to horrible thing every year, but you don't see people going on and on about it, year after year.</p><p></p><p>9/11 is my grandma's Bday, and she's sick of it as well... she brought up a good point when I talked to her yesterday, that when we keep on bringing it up and "remembering" it, it's probably even harder on the families who are still trying to cope with it and get over it. We basically pour salt in the wounds of the families who lost people so we can have something to cry about as a nation. Fu<span style="font-size: 10px">ckin</span>g ridiculous.</p></blockquote><p></p>
