We have had so many droughts in the last 10 years.  While working as a state biologist and traveling all around the state I have seen thousands of fires started by cigarettes thrown out on the roadside.  I've seen a lot of peoples homes, cars, trucks etc.. burned up because someone who smokes thinks he has more rights than the rest of us.  Doesn't matter if he didn't know, that won't un-burn anything.  Your friend needs to start making better choices.</p></blockquote><p></p>
