It will not conflict with the H/U settings .. Lets say you have the sub level on the deck set at a low db setting . The amp is going to recieve that signal and play subs at a lower volume . Now you go and adjust the bass remote .. This will raise the amp a certain amount of db's from the point of which the deck is set on ( some bass remotes are 0-12db or 0-18 db and so on)  Now if you raise the sub level on the deck , the bass remote is now going to adjust the db's from that point on ..     Im not sure if this is what you were asking about but I tried lol</p></blockquote><p></p>
