Otherwise you will need a 1ohm stable amp or an amp that does apx 500wrms @4ohm. But yes you are overpowering the subs. Its not necessarily a bad thing. If the output achieved is good enough on that power for you then I would just stick with that setup.</p></blockquote><p></p>
