I think I had a similar problem with my ol' 626 (built lightly)... I had a set of 15's trunk walled and the rear deck and glass bounced up and down so hard it loosened the rear window. I found the window leaking after goin' thru a carwash. I already had the 3rd brake light removed, the deck was 1.5" mdf and the cabin was sealed off... all I did was cut some bracing (2 pieces) to go from the top of the enclosure to tie into the rear deck underneath as far back as possible (I just used 2x4's). After I did that the bouncing was minimized and I got the glass resealed and never had any issues after that. Idk if you problem is similar, but hopefully that helps.
