Whatever... I've been working at my job for 2.5 years while I'm in college. Once they see you are a hard worker sometimes they will do things for you. I started at $8.76 an hour when I first got hired. In 2 months I'll be making $17.95 (which is my max pay allowed.) I asked for all my raises and they accepted all of them, as well as saying "keep up the good work" etc. The only raise I get automatically is the one I will get in two months. I make 13.50 now and in 300 hours or so I get auto bumped to 17.95. It's cool to make that much while your just in college. But then again I don't work at Circuit City My job is easier too. Just find the right place and you'll be fine.
