The guy receives it, but claims to Paypal that he didn&#039;t receive it. Well, I didn&#039;t learn my lesson from the other incident and I still had money in my Paypal aco****. So, the F&#039;ers at Paypal take $110.00 out of my account and give it back to that guy who I know has received the item because he left negative feedback about me on Ebay because I took 5 days to ship out the item. So, I have proof that he has the item because he knows the postmark date, yet Paypal takes my money and gives it back to him just because I can&#039;t give them a stupid delivery confirmation number.Paypal IS NOT SAFE!!!!!!!!!!So just be careful. Only deal with people with MANY MANY transactions ( &amp;gt;500 ) and make sure you cover your *** in every way possible.Jester</blockquote>
