It would really **** to get a nice black paintjob and be able to see the dent that YOU fixed. Remember this as well....alot of body shops won't come behind someone elses work and finish it up. I know I wouldn't, but if they do, they will probably charge you the same amount as if they had to do it all. Around here, a quality paintjob with bc/cc on a normal size car would be around $1000, Fullsize truck, $1500. Now to really finish a vehicle off and make it slick you need a color sand and buff which will run you $2000 for car and $3000 for fullsize truck. You really get what you pay for when it comes to a paintjob.

[QUOTE="xtremekustomz, post: 3036390, member: 569952"] Unless you have body work experience, I would have to disagree on doing your own body work. It takes alot of time and patience to get it right and that is why a shop gets paid for what they do (good shops anyway) Ther is alot that goes into fixing and dent the right way. It would really **** to get a nice black paintjob and be able to see the dent that YOU fixed. Remember this as well....alot of body shops won't come behind someone elses work and finish it up. I know I wouldn't, but if they do, they will probably charge you the same amount as if they had to do it all. Now to really finish a vehicle off and make it slick you need a color sand and buff which will run you $2000 for car and $3000 for fullsize truck.
