I'd tune anywhere from the high 20's to the mid 30's, depending on how you listen. It's ultimately whatever you want. Choose a box design that fits your music tastes or how you're using the woofer. I would only do a tuning like 40 hz if you want to try something like score a peak SPL score in competition.
That's fairly large for a 15, 5.5-6 cubes. A lot of 18's work well in that airspace. Doing a 15 in near 6 cubes @ 40 hz is not what I would imagine that would sound good with this woofer. It would be maybe weird to me if they really needed that much space to operate properly. Maybe 5 cubes, but 5.5-6 is really big for most car audio 15's that I see. It looks very well like it could want or use a big box, but idk if one that big. They don't give quite full t/s, I'd have to calculate some that I would need, I can't do that right atm. I would honestly ask the manufacturer what they recommend here. They usually can give you an idea what size to make the box. Box size can vary quite a bit, depending on what you're doing. I'd almost have to design this to tell you. I definitely would not tune at 40 hz. You can, but it'll be peaky and fall off on the low end.
