So my question is how much does it matter to match up the box specs to the manufactures specs for a given sub? If the manufacure says 2.0 cubes and tuned to 40hz would I notice that much of a difference if I went with a box at 2.0 cubes and tuned to 36hz? The sub in question is a Memphis Power Reference 12".
