I noticed the gain was set to the maximum(had a friend hook it up for me) so I'm wondering if this made my sub weaker from any abuse? I noticed that increasing the volume on my hu from 0-10 increased the bass a lot more than 10-20, but the only time i had the volume up high was going to and from school about once a month(3 hr drive) so yea, i turned the gains down a bit for now but any ideas on if this caused any damage? kicker 12 L5 with a hifonics brutus 600 rms amp, btw</p></blockquote><p></p>
