If you cannot prove that the paint was perfect before you went in then there is nothing you can do after the fact. It sucks but its plain and simple. Innocent Until Proven Guilty, you are accusing them of scratching your car so you must prove it was them. Bad publicity though needs no proof. So things like the Sign in front can work, but be sure to stay on the street in front with it because if your on their property and they ask you to leave and you dont then you are trespassing and headed off to the local lock up. Writting letters to the papers can work as well but I would let them know ahead of time that you are doing it so they have a chance to make you happy an avoid the letter being published.
