If the city where you live decides to do major construction outside your house like adding roads and stuff do they consult you first? Do they need to get permission from the home owners? Because they're doing a bunch of construction where I live and I'm sure it's driving down the property value of the homeowners property. The new roads they set up are causing a ton of traffic outside people's homes and then there's the fact that they cut down a shit ton of trees to make room for it.Basically my question is the bold part.</blockquote>
