The source impedance is in series with the signal. You are confusing balanced type signal parameters with single ended systems. what i'm saying is if you think you have a need to shield against radio freq by all means don't stop at the signal cables. Wrap your processors,amps and HU in foil too. In a car having inducted noise problems UTP are a night and day difference campared to the coaxial cable that were design for noise free places ----like homes</p></blockquote><p></p>
