I just added an amp to my factory head unit. The amp is installed on top of the radio inside the dash. When I unplug the rcas from the amp to the adaptor the whinning noise goes away. Turning off the radio doesnt help, and there isnt any noise in the rear speakers that are not amped. Also I spliced into a ingnition on hot wire off the back of the head unit for a remote turn on, could this be a problem?
