If you go to the product page for it on sonicelectronix, there's a small maxxsonics logo right on the box.As far as resale value, not sure what newer hifonics amplifier is worth, but I feel you made oue well on the purchase, but personally I wouldn't pay more than $75 on the amplifier if you were selling it. So resale value is not high.I would just keep it if I were you and use it.</blockquote>
