Basically the church STILL ignoring that evolution completely opposes Christian belief in the beginning and subsequent life of it.</p><p></p><p><em>"The Church of England is considering the possibility of apologising posthumously to Darwin, for its earlier condemnation of his theory."</em></p><p></p><p>So basically Darwin was right, it took the church generations to admit it, and even upon admitting it they still say their religios beliefs are correct and do not oppose the theory of evolution.</p><p></p><p>Glileo, you know, the guy who said the earth was not the center of the universe, but tht the sun was, and we revolve around it... any of you religious zelouts remember how religion treated him? He was forced to recant his theories and live under house arrest the final several years of his life. Why? For daring to oppose the Catholic chruch's fundamentl beliefs... so what if he was right.</p><p></p><p>Shall I list more ways in which religion has 'evolved' to fit itself into the modern world where we are not nearly so ignorant as we use to be? Faith, why should we have it when we see so many things that previous generations were told to take on faith alone, and were wrong.
