Who&#039;s to say doctors will accept the insurance off the exchanges. And if everyone is on the exchange with the limited doctors, it will indeed be a two-tiered system between those with&nbsp; a good doctor and those without. I am cautiously optimistic about Obamacare.</blockquote>
