Disregard the possibility of someone taking advantage of this system. In this bill, that has been addressed. Someone who cheats the system as a result of this bill will be imprisoned. Justice will be served.Now multiply that single family by 1,000,000, all in the same position, and rethink your answer. If you had the chance to give up 1% of your income, so that those without opportunity would have it, would you say yes or no? Why or why not?</blockquote>
