I have been going back and fourth on this now for some time. I can get a pre-fab custom box with Custom built wooferinstalled from Proboxrocks.com for my titan (as soon as they come out) I have sceen some pics of thier new woofers baskets etc and they do look very nice (have not been released to the public yet). Their enclosure design for my truck also looks top notch. In fact I will probably buy the pre-fab to test it out since it is actualy custom designed and fitted for awesome performance. However it is a ported box and I have no subsonic filter on my amp, and I'm really striving for a Sound Quality system. However I'm also thinking to buy 2 Arc Audio 10" subs. The problem is that I want to put them under the back bench seat in my titan and there is not alot of space. Pre-Fab boxes are lacking for the Titan King Cab, although theres alot of options for the crew cab...Of course I bought the KC because it had a longer bed for hauling. So anyways the box that keeps poping up in google, ebay etc is this one. http://www.hifisoundconnection.com/Shop/Control/Product/fp/vpid/1631438/vpcsid/0/SFV/30046 Even if I was going to build my own, how could I possibly make it much better than that? I was thinking to angle the downfire sub a bit towards the front or back, possibly make 2 seperate boxes instead of 1, and maybe use MDF on the sides instead of feet to direct sounds better, but would that even help? I don't know how to glass and I'm not sure I want to practice with a sticky mess in a new vehicle. I also don't have alot of time or tools to do it. (I have a Jigsaw and a drill, and Access to a table saw about 140 miles away). Any suggestions?
