Hey all, I need a little help with stereo equipment. How do I set my system up for maximum sound quality? I'm not looking for anything competition but I want decent sound. I have a Kenwood DDx-6019 (will add Nav option). I also have an Alpine 10" sub with Alpine amp(more than enough bass for me). They were left over from my previous car. I was thinking of Polk's db6501 components up front but not sure what to put in the back. I noticed the speakers are in the doors instead of the back deck. Will this be a big factor in sound? I also spotted some rear Polk speakers with adjustable tweeters. Should I get these to compensate for the position of the rear speakers? As for a four channel amp, I am looking at the POLK C400.4. I don't have the amp and speakers yet so if there's something that will suit my needs better, please let me know. I have VERY, VERY limited knowledge of car audio so if you have to dumb it down for me...I won't be offended. The music I'll be playing is mostly r&b and jazz with a little rap/hip hop. I'll probably watch an occasional movie in the car but I have no plans on it being my home theater system. Thanks in advance and if you need any more info. please ask. __________________
