I've got a 98 accord, so the dash is a bit different, but I'm sure Honda didn't change up their fastener methods much. For mine, I had to pry the clock module out of the top, there were some screws hiding behind it. There are also some screws along the very bottom of the dash piece. Put your head down by the gear shifter and look up at the dash, might be two screws kind of angled up into the face of the piece you're trying to remove. The rest for me were all little clips that pop off with some force applied, I and DO MEAN force. I thought I was gonna break that ****er I was pulling on it so hard. Finally it gave way and I bashed myself in the face with the plastic climate control cluster, but I got it off none the less. Good luck
