The display might only do 8 digits at a time so either wait and see if it displays them after 10 seconds or so, if not then hit the button sequence again to reveal the second set.As I look it up in my CD8455 manual it states to, while in standby, press and hold the disp button for more then one second, the first 8 digits will appear then hold down disp again for more then one second and the other 8 digits will be displayed.There you go.
