I dont know much about the bose stuff but with my Mustang I have used the stock amp with an aftermarket head unit with no problems but all factory systems are different. You should be able to run wires from the deck to speakers but check impedance first, the aftermarket deck might not like the load.</p></blockquote><p></p>
