I have recently bought some mb quart 6.5 components for the doors. However my deck pioneer (deh3700mp?) is the only thing powering the speakers for now. They sound ok at lower volumes but become distorted due to lack of power. I am looking at adding subs to my system at a later date.Heres my question how much power due I need for the components to sound there best. Also do I want a 2 channel amp for my components and then an additional amp for the subs Or would I be better off with a 4 channel amp for the whole thing.
