So here is the deal. About 12:15am I sold my RF T1500.1bd amp. I had it posted on Craigslist and a guy contacted me about 1pm on Tuesday afternoon about it. Said it was for his friend and he needed it. We finally agreed to meet in Broken Arrow to do the transaction. I met with the guy about 12am Wednesday morning in a Wal-Mart parking lot. Everything went okay with it up until the guy left. I took the amp out of my truck and he counted out $420 in $20 bills and I handed it to him. Before I could make it from my passenger door to my driver's door the dude was gone out of the parkin lot. I go inside and purchase a drink with the money and decide to ask a manager to mark them. I told the manager what happened and he marked the bills. They all came back with the black streak from the counterfeit pen. I called the Broken Arrow Police and file a report with them and had to surrender the bills to them. Wednesday the guy that set it up was texting me asking about the deal and if the guy showed up. I never answered. I was informed to contact the FBI. When I did the FBI told me to contact the U.S. Secret Service. I have since then and am waiting for them to get back with me on it. I was flipping through the craigslist and noticed a RF 1500.1bd amp for sale that was posted on Friday. What I'm wanting to know is where the seriel number is located on the amp? I googled it and searched on the forums to see if someone has it posted a pic of it and didnt see any. Could someone look on their amp and tell me where its at please? I still have the box that the amp came in so I still have the seriel number. Cliff Notes::: Pissed off I got passed $420 in counterfeit $20 bills for my RF T1500.1bd amp. Wondering if someone could tell me if the seriel number is on the bottom of the amp or if you gotta take the back off to find it.
