/ / Hello, i'm trying to install my first deck, and I need help! I have one wire left on my new harness (blue/white "remote-control") that needs to be spliced, and I have two wires left on my car that I can splice it with. The diagram i'm following says to splice with the power-atenna-trigger wire. But my car doesn't have a power atenna. So I pulled out my volt meter and here's what I got : Wire #1 - I turn the key 1-notch (radio turns on) & 13 volts comes from the plastic harness that's attached to the deck. When I cut the wire, nothing seems to go off. Not the lights, or power mirrors, nothing changes. But the power comes FROM the deck. My car might have a factory installed amp but i'm not sure. Is that the amp wire? Wire #2 - 13v comes from the car wire. The deck's light's turn off when I cut this wire, but the deck still works. So which one do I attach that white/blue wire to?
