I had that happen to me when my alt went out one time, it shut off at 11 volts, which is fairly easy to achieve when running a big amp off a stock electrical. Get a multimeter and check your voltage at your battery when playing everything full tilt. You can get one from walmart for 15-20 bucks, and its a good investment. When you learn how to use one theres so much shit to use it for, you wont regret it.Or, HU could be going into protect or shutting down due to a blown speaker. Play it with the subs off and see what happens.</blockquote>
