Here are my settings on the amp: Gain- 1/4 up bass boost- max low pass- 33hz high pass- 11hz q- I have no idea wat it is but i have it 1/2 way up frequency- I have no idea wat it is but i have it 3/4 way up settings on my deck: bass control is set at max which is 15 user control (bass frequency)is also set to max and at 25hz Bass control is on phase is set at 0* on both HU and amp stereo/mono mode is set to mono Low pass- set to 60-80hz, bass boost at 1/4 (check to see frequency is set at 45hz) Q is either narrow or wide at full -set to wide (set up like this because of the music you listen to). Set everything on H/U to zero. Now with setting the gains, Set H/U volume to 3/4 then with the gains on the amp use a pink noise test track-bass machanic cd will have one (complex Wave). To tell when your adding distortion to the signal (clipping) turn the gain up slowly when it ramps in volume your adding distortion, back it off just before the point it ramped in volume-your gains are now set-but if you have speakers connected to your h/u you need to do this with the volume to find the clipping point of your H/Us internal amp. When this is done then proceed to doing the amps gains.
