okay well first I had everything wired up great, no noise and all worked well. I went on a little drive and didnt get three blocks before theres a loud BANG and something happens, so I quickly shut off the HU. Now I have alt whine. oh but it gets better The other day im driving (managing with the alt whine, as you cant hear it when the music is up) but all of a sudden theres a pop and the sub starts pulsating repeatedly and my lights are dimming like crazy (with a HO alt, so pretty sure my kicker kx 1200.1 was pulling 10,000watts or something ) anyways, now I have heavy alt whine and a constant buzzing. If I unplug my speaker amp's RCAs, obviously the noise goes away (as my speakers cant get a signal) If I unplug my sub output, the noise goes away. (leading me to believe its something with the sub output) My main concern is, wth happened in my story I told. Did my ground come loose? Did my RCA's touch metal? Ive never heard anything like that. *Btw both amps seem to work fine, no sub was blown, no speakers were blown (to my knowledge) and I tried relocating my ground, didnt help* Hey thanks for reading ladies and gents.
