I used 3/4ply wood for a base.. with 4 2x2 peices of wood on the corners.. another 3/4plywood plate for the sub to mount too.. then another peice of 3/4 in plate raised 1.5in off the surround to protect it.  Sub wrapped in trashbag.., tapped and sealed.. then alotta peanuts cause I didn't want them anymore. lol.. got htere perfect.  He might have pictures.. I'm not sure..Edit: My crate was built exactly for a carboard box I had.. so no movement could occur.</blockquote>
