Hey guys, I will get the dimensions for you tomorrow afternoon. I just need someone that is willing to design a box for me that I can build myself. The subs I just ordered were 2 FI Q 12's. I got the high QTS option but believe I still want to go ported. On their webpage it recommends " Ported box we recommend using 1.8-2.5 cubic feet @ 28-33Hz (I personally think that a 32hz tuning is optimal, and has the most output and is still the most musical daily driving). Use 12-16 square inches of vent area per cubic foot of volume." So I would like to have it tuned at 32 HZ, and make the box have as much room as possible as recommended. Like I said I will get exact dimensions later but the speaker box is going to replace the backrest of my rear seat in my Jeep Wrangler. Yes, I am taking out my rear seat and building a new rear seat using this speaker box as the backrest. This way I got 12's instead of 10's to fit in there and can go ported. So the box will need to be down firing, 2 12 inch subs. I think I have 35 inches of width, about 14 inches of debth, and then I guess the height has to be whatever it needs to be lol. I will go out tomorrow and take measurements to get for sure. I just need someone willing to design me a box for now. Thanks guys!
