After searching\researching\listening to other people, I have come down to three component systems, and I would like to hear the pros and cons of each from people who have owned them. I currently own (1) Infinity Kappa 62.5i speaker, and I really need a new set pronto. I really love the Kappa highs, but the midbass is pretty crappy, they seem to bottom out at fairly low volumes, even with the crossover point at 100hz. I've tested higher crossover points, but anything over 100 just sounds...strange. Now because I like the highs, should I stick with metal\alum\titanium tweeters, or are good silk tweets just as good? In any case, these component sets are what fit both my price range, and the mounting depth allowed by my car: Rainbow Dreamlines SLX 265.02 DLS MS6s OZ Vectors So which of these would fit my tastes well? I believe all of them use silk tweeters, so I guess that's not much of an option Or, if you have a better suggestion, please list them as well. Mounting depth cannot exceed 2.75inches, the tweeter must be surface mountable, and be in the $150 range. Nothing with bad midbass, either pelase :P
