It is probably just responding to the circuits that control it. Clicking is somewhat normal for a relay when it changes state. When a relay fails it normally won't open or won't close depending on what the issue is with the relay. You did install the board back into the amp case before you powered it up correct? Did you use thermal paste where needed?</p></blockquote><p></p>
