[QUOTE="lolife_wisc, post: 250116, member: 546733"] alright, i dont know much about ohms or sound quality setups, so i need help with my new sub. before this i had 2 15" crossfire dbs and some garbage visonik amp- my new setup is strictly to fill Hz and not attract attention. talk about a 180 anyway, caught this on ebay and i know its a good brand, but dont know what i need to power it. nakamichi sp1000. its a 10", dvc, 350rms 550peak. on the description of sub- im guessing this was taken from the box- it states 'nominal impedance 2 x 6ohm' whats the correct watt x channels @ ohm i should look for in an amp? and does parallel wiring voice coils adversely effect sq and not just add power?
