I re-ran everything and cleaned it up. 0gauge from front battery + fuse to rear battery which is fused at that end as well. 2nd battery 0gauge ran to a distro, 4gauge from the distro to the amp. 4gauge ground to a distro (maybe the problem?), 4gauge ground ran to the amp.
