[QUOTE="TheArchitect, post: 6436234, member: 605305"] Not sure exactly why this has been happening but i noticed it driving on the highway to work this morning. I was going maybe 75mph and the HU (AVN5500) just randomly restarted like it lost power or something and regained it very quickly. I didnt notice anything else in the car restart or lose power nor did i feel anything engine/driving wise. I had swapped out my stock alt that was dying for a backup stock OEM alt til i got my HO a full day before this and had driven from L.I. to Hartford with no problems...I tightened the serp belt to what i believed to be the right tension. It most recently happened when i slowed down and idled into my parking spot at home My voltage is pretty good and is around 13.9 at idle and in the low 14's when driving Ive got the big 3 done is Knu Fleks 0/1 etc etc batt is charged Could it be that the belt/pulley is slipping for a split second now and again?, Thoughts?
