Thanks for the quick replies: I don't think it's a problem with the speaker connections, I checked one of the rears b/c they're easy to take out, and it looked fine. Jiggled the wires to be sure they were in place. I'll check the others again though, just to be sure. The speaker wires are stock, and clipped on. They weren't giving me any trouble for the first 8 hours(500 miles) with the original Aiwa h/u so I don't think they're the problem. I don't think any of the wires connected to the h/u are pinched either, they don't look pinched, and I tried playing a CD while the h/u was not slid back into the dash and it still didn't work. I took out the plug that goes into the h/u and reconnected it but still nothing. I also tried jiggling it around, again, it didn't work. Thanks for the ideas guys, it's good to know I'm not alone. I have two wires unused from the 1993 Accord harness: one is orange, and the other is blue. I am almost positive one of them is for the power antenna b/c it doesn't go up when I turn on the radio. The other was unused for the Aiwa h/u, so I didn't connect it either. I don't think these wires are the problem though, b/c the h/u was working without them for the 4 hours or so. The only unused wire from the Pioneer h/u is a blue and white one labeled 'remote'.
