I downloaded it from mixtraxnet.com.  I have about 5500 songs in itunes and use my ipod as a USB drive and after analyzing about 1000 songs I get an error that mixtrax_main.exe has stopped working. This happens immediately after launching the program no matter how many times I try. I have uninstalled it many times and tried it on my E and C drives and get the same problem. I cannot find any answer anywhere and pioneer so far has not been helpful. I have a AVS X8500 and it says "Mixtrax" right on the unit so if I can't download the program its a pretty worthless feature. I can use MixtraxEZ but that is very basic and does not allow any changes to the songs or screen images.Thanks for any help!</blockquote>
