The sub is set to a 2 ohm load which the amp is also 500 at 2ohms. So it gets so hot that you put your hand on it and it would burn it. I took it to AMS in Madison because it cut out after playing awhile and i found out that my power wire was loose so i tightened that down and my ground. They said it was old tech in the amp and they are supposed to run hot. Now a few days later (Today) it cut out again and my power wire is crushed flat but not cut; could this be the problem? I need help. Bigger wiring kit? i have a 4 gauge one on the side.</p></blockquote><p></p>
